A pilot scheme, to test item ordering and document delivery through IRIS, is being undertaken to test the functionality of the software. IRIS member library interlibrary loan departments, who would like to take part in this pilot, should contact the IRIS manager to request a userid and password, and to set up the necessary configuration files within the administration module.
The underlying software running the IRIS OPAC client and document delivery is the SEREN suite of software, produced by the consortium of Welsh Higher Education institutions.
